This week ended up sort of looking like my week off. I'm not entirely sure how that happened, but other things got in the way of my training. Now track workout today afterall.

This started out as a warm up jog to the track, but when we arrived we found a track meet taking place. So we jogged around some more and plan on doing the track workout tomorrow instead.
