first road run in awhile. Felt nice, although some of the shoveling isn't great!

skiied around a small golf course in Newton with mom and dad. The snow turned into hail and was quite painful going into the wind. Earlier today it was so pretty outside! Huge flakes of snow falling quietly to the ground. Now it looks like a white out with small flecks of snow blowing everywhere and the plows aren't quite keeping up....

I lifted, etc. And I stole Zan's idea of looking at maps while doing so. Looked at some courses on a Denmark map. Also walked to the library today (4 miles) for some fresh air :)

Ran the red (just couldn't bring myself to run blue in the cold) at Townsend for the NEOC club Champs. I don't have my splits with me at the moment, but I think that was about my time. I didn't make any big mistakes but I think the green was slowing me down.

jogging to pick up the streamers to the start, and then running mini hill repeats to keep my toes from freezing off at the finish.
