sprint at Hale. Where I proudly won my gift certificate to EMS. There should be prizes more often.... :)

Orienteering 42:19 [4] ***

Ran the Advanced course at Hale. A bit shaky in places. Had a hard time finding the control once in the circle.

Ran a mile as fast as I could. Sad to say, this was my time. I think I can greatly improve upon it.

ran two loops in wilson mountain at threshold pace with dad.
