CNYO rogaine course with Ross. Well, 3 hours of a rogaine. Lots of trail running and then some bramble thrashing which was gross.

Hill and I played tennis. We would hit all the balls and then sprint around the court to see who could pick up all the balls on their side first. My legs were certainly burning during parts of it :)

I just wanted to take this time to say that I have been training, despite my attackpoint log. Let's see, I've been mountain biking, road biking, orienteering, track workouting, threshold running, control setting, skyline trail running and today I'll add some rowing. And job hunting.

hanging and picking up controls at Blue Hills for my Houghton's Pond sprint. Which I was told was a little bit long and a little bit too green in parts, but otherwise it went well.
