I felt more off today than yesterday. I was very hesitant going through the woods, even though I was moving slowly. Picked it up more at the end with the trails.

first day of the Boulder Dash. Felt pretty good. Up till number 6 I was making a lot of mistakes, but then I slowed down and the rest of the run was much smoother.

ran to wilson mountain and back. Then ran one loop hard on the trail - 13:59.

25 minutes of a pretty fast road/trail run following a good lifting session

ran around on the newton street map that I have with Ross. We were going at a good pace and I felt pretty strong. Which is good.
