Dad and I were going to run on the track, but both local tracks were being used by their schools. So we ran around Stoney Lea road, which is about a 1170 meter loop. Ran 3 times around, 4:23, 4:22, 4:20. Hard, but not too bad.

trying to run at T pace, which I beleve is HR 180, but I just could not run hard enough. It was all I could do to keep my HR around 175, so that's what I did.

Orienteering 1:30:20 [4]
Blue1(37:30 estimate), red3(28:30),green2(24:20), 91 relay courses at Houghtons Pond.. Hard workout with Dad, about 2 minutes rest between courses.
