| Did a map memory exercise with Dad on a red course in the Blue Hills. He memorized the route to number 1, and as we were running I memorized the route to number 2, gave him the map at #1 and ran to #2, and so on. I was actually pretty good :) I could remember more than I thought I could. This is a good exercise for me, since I need to work on map simplification. |

| running to and from Wilson Mountain with dad. I had the worst stomach cramp, and I never get cramps anymore. It was really annoying, and especailly painful on the way back home. I think it could be because I ate a different lunch today - tuna sandwich and an apple, instead of yogurt with granola and crackers. |

| ran around the Wilson Mountain loop. This is a fairly slow time, but I could tell I wasn't moving and the stitch in my side was causing me to slow down. Just didn't feel like flying during this run. |

| erged pretty hard, although I had to stop after 3 minutes to go inside to get gloves. 2.10.6, which is a good time for 15 minutes. I felt much better erging today than I did running. The cramp had gone away. |
