easy run around Dedham with Hill. She had to be somewhere at 5:30 and my stomach kind of felt funny.

Running over to the Track with dad and Hill, and running between each 200 and 400. Since the barriers are still up, dad went over earlier and loosened the nuts on the cables that go from the barries to the fence. Then we went thre, undid the chains, and put then back up when we were done :)

3 sets of 200, 200, 400. Supposed to be full recovery between, but probably wasn't as I was chasing Hill and we jogged a 200 between each one. Times were from 38-42 for 200s and 82-83 for 400.

Orienteering 38:32 [3]
Ran the motala course from this past Sunday's NEOC picnic. They were nice enough to leave out the streamers and even hang streamers where there weren't any :) Dad, hill and I went out and we ran the three loops in a different order. As I was coming into the last control, I could see Hill just ahead of me. I knew she was going to a control slightly higher than mine, so I thought maybe I could catch her. I didn't and she finished about 4 seconds ahead of me. But, as she finally admitted, she did not go all the way to her last control. She hit the road, could see the boulder and then ran down the road. Of course, I actually ran to the wrong control during one fo the loops, so I am probably disqualified anyways. There were a lot of shared controls, and I was running into an area, and I just ran to the control I had already been to, instead of the one I was supposed to go to. But I made the course longer. As opposed to Hilly. What a slacker :)

running around the pond to warm up and then jogging back to the car. Legs were tired from yesterday, and it took awhile to really get moving.

Running to Wilson Mountain, down the road between the loops and home again with dad and Hill.

Ran two Wilson Mountain loops. HR around 182 the first time and a bit lower the second time because I was tired. Supposed to be running at threshold, which the HR was, but I felt like I was running quite fast. Maybe it was because I was running after Hill both times and trying not to lose sight of her. Times:
first loop: 13:24
second loop: 13:51

A bit too much of a difference between the loops, but I think this is the first time I Have run them both under 14...
