| Run with Ross around Newton. Running has been a chore lately. My legs feel so very heavy and have no strength. Which is odd, because I don't feel like I'm training too much, and I haven't been training a lot, but I don't think I've been training too little.... But it just makes running unpleasant and tiring. |

| A long run with Hill in the Blue Hills. There were a ton of people out today for the beautiful weather. The lot was basically full when she and I finished our run. We ran far out from the peope though, which was nice. No dogs or kids to run around. |
