No big mistakes, but very messy orienteering. Not paying enough attention most of the time and running past things, or missing a bit on the compass.

But I can also sprint.
One of my favorites, as I think it shows the strength and hardwork of the sport.

It's beautiful out in the forest. Still shorts weather with the sun shining and the leaves changing colors. Kate and I took a few wrong turns, but that made for a great long run!

Kate and I planned to leave work at the same time so we could train together. Decided on hills, so we did the Sten Sture hills. 8 x 50 seconds means that I will be sore tomorrow!

Arrived back in Uppsala but with so much pumpkin spiced coffee in my bag, I couldn't bike everything home. Took the bus home and then ran down a bit later to get my bike. I enjoyed the fact that I could run downhill and then bike back home :)
