Ran with Sandra on the first part of her run, and felt really good this morning... for 15 minutes. Then started to get so tired! Then off to an amazing brunch and dropping Sandra off at the airport :( :( It was amazing to have her here!!

Another jog with Sandra around the block. Getting tired near the end ;) I've not done as much strength these past few days, so will work towards incorporating strength and running most days. It's so nice to get out in the daylight! Then off to a Christmas market. Sofie slept in the 20 minute car ride there, the entire time there in the carrier, and then the entire car ride home. Super easy!

Sandra, Hill and I walked to town for lunch with Sofie in the carrier. They thought it was a very tiring walk, but it felt normal to me :) We went to Cafe Linné where we had delicious sandwiches, salads and then decadent desserts. Sofie slept on the walk down, and then I fed her and she hung out nicely during lunch. She nodded off again as we were finishing up, and she slept in the carrier on the bus ride home, plus food shopping for making pizzas for dinner. So fun to go out to my favorite cafe again with wonderful company.

Sandra is visiting for a long weekend! We went for a short run together in the evening. Things are a bit sore from last time, but not to bad. Then home for a Thanksgiving dinner that Hill and I prepared during the day. Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, roasted veggies and cranberry sauce. Pumpkin pie for dessert!

Gym flex class. The gym has babysitting for babies 0-1.5 years old. I signed up for this Wednesday and went with Hill. Sofie was asleep in the carrier when I arrived, but I think she woke up when I put her down in the stroller and left her. She doesn't like to sleep in the stroller, and sure enough, after she was there for 20 minutes they came to find me because she had been crying for a long time. I fed her quickly, calmed her down, and handed her back. When the class was over 20 minutes later I went back and she was being carried and had her pacifier, but was crying through her pacifier. I fed her again, and then put her back in the carrier as I changed. I'm pretty sure that she cried almost the entire time at babysitting, though the women all told me she was just fine :) Maybe I'll wait a few weeks before I try again!

Strength video at home. Did the warm up while Sofie was sleeping, but then she woke up, so fed her and put her in her bouncy chair. Then she happily bounced and watched me do the rest of the video. Had to skip some of the cool down, but I was happy that I was able to do so much. She’s becoming so mature :)

Shorter walk today as the timing of the day was a bit off. I had Sofie in the carrier and used the stroller to take the recycling over. Then did another loop by the house.

Hill is here visiting! Ross was home early from work so she and I could go on a run together. It was wonderful! The groin ligaments that have been sore continued to be sore, so I was taking slow short steps mostly. Otherwise it felt great!

Maybe a bit long for my first time back, but we were going very easy and it felt good!

Today was cardio core, which was only 10 minutes. Then you repeat jumping uppercuts and sitting crosses as much as you can, alternating 30 seconds. I did 6 minutes of those. Sore shoulders the next day!

I slept during both of Sofie's naps today (joining her nap after my exercises), so no walk. During nap 3 we did a short walk to the store and bought stuff for Beef Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers and Black Pepper Sauce and
scallion pancakes. I cooked the beef with Sofie in the carrier and Ross came home in time to make the scallion pancakes. Then we feasted, while trying to watch Stranger Things. Scallion pancakes were amazing, and the stir fry was really good, but not exceptional.
