RUNNING! Thought I'd give it a try and I was pain free! I walked a bit at the end and I could tell that my pelvis was tight, but otherwise ok. I'll see how I feel in a few hours.

Ross and I went out together, with Ross pushing Sofie and then doing another lap or two after I came home.

Saturday morning spinning intervals: 2', 2', 1', 1', 2', 1', 2'. My HR strap wasn't working today :( It's usually my motivation to push extra hard, and so I was a bit lazy in the beginning (I think) without it. Spinning can feel really tiring, and then I look at my HR and it's actually quite low, so I like to have my HR to keep myself working. Towards the end I started to get more into it and I worked really hard on the last few intervals.

Hurried home so that Ross could go to work for a bit and then meet us at brunch downtown. Yum! As usual, ate so much yummy food. Came home and was home for 20 minutes before then leaving to go to Ross's boss's house for dinner. So much food today.

Sofie was a champ today, sleeping well at night and then taking two long naps during the day. She slept through most of brunch, and then fell asleep towards the end of dinner as well. I know that her sleep will hit more rough patches again in the future, but I am so grateful now for a good night's sleep!

Ross came home early so that I could go to the spinning class from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. I've been meaning to go to this class for the past few weeks, but something else has always come up. It's unfortunately not intervals, and so I find it hard to work hard enough. Ross gave Sofie a bath, read her a bedtime story, put her to sleep and finished making dinner while I was gone!

Today there was a gympa class offered during the babysitting, so I did that. The core things were hard, but it was a lot of fun. Very dance-y at times.
