Saturday morning spinning intervals: 2', 2', 1', 1', 2', 1', 2'. My HR strap wasn't working today :( It's usually my motivation to push extra hard, and so I was a bit lazy in the beginning (I think) without it. Spinning can feel really tiring, and then I look at my HR and it's actually quite low, so I like to have my HR to keep myself working. Towards the end I started to get more into it and I worked really hard on the last few intervals.
Hurried home so that Ross could go to work for a bit and then meet us at brunch downtown. Yum! As usual, ate so much yummy food. Came home and was home for 20 minutes before then leaving to go to Ross's boss's house for dinner. So much food today.
Sofie was a champ today, sleeping well at night and then taking two long naps during the day. She slept through most of brunch, and then fell asleep towards the end of dinner as well. I know that her sleep will hit more rough patches again in the future, but I am so grateful now for a good night's sleep!
