Orienteering 1:13:13 [2] 9.4 km (7:48 / km) +151m 7:13 / km

10mila, 3rd team, leg 4.

Livelox

Unfortunately, a bit of a disaster of a run! Found the first control just fine, but then lost about 8 minutes on the second one. Continued to miss on 3-6, and then I was with a big group who all also missed 6. It was nice to run with others who weren't going too fast, but provided motivation to keep going and run a bit cleaner. Stupid mistake to 10 lost me that group, and then I took a different route choice to 11 just to be by myself for a bit. Another mistake going too high at one point, but otherwise managed to finish the race relatively cleanly. Probably about 15 minutes of mistakes though! Ouch! Will have to get out to more orienteering trainings before Venla!

7 AM

road run 30:36 [2] 5.48 km (5:35 / km) +45m 5:22 / km

Where does the time go? A quick morning job while Ross was home with Sofie just so I could get out. Legs felt quite tired, but it was nice to jog around!

spinning 40:35 intensity: (8:53 @1) + (24:25 @2) + (7:17 @3)

Morning spin class and then rush home to meet coworkers, as I'm helping out with grading national tests for work today and tomorrow. I have coworkers coming to my house to grade, and I've asked friends to come watch Sofie for a bit each day to help me focus.

Both days were a success! Hilda was here from 10-2:30 on Tuesday and did a great job with Sofie. Then Anna came this morning from 10-12. She got a grumpier version of Sofie, so she took her for a walk and then ended up carrying her and pushing the stroller. So very appreciated so that I could work! It makes me wish I had someone come watch Sofie for an hour or so every day. Imagine how much I could get done!

Monday Apr 23 #

road run (stroller) 6:51 [2] 0.88 km (7:47 / km)

Only ran partway to the gym. I was tired, and Sofie sometimes enjoys the slower pace of the stroller.

Took it easy on the elliptical today.

road run (stroller) 14:15 [2] 2.27 km (6:16 / km) +29m 5:54 / km

Running back home, via the grocery store with Annika.
