Ran to KG and Lisa and I ran the orienteering from this morning. It helped when we only chatted when she was leading, because when we talked when I was leading I always got lost :) Then running home afterwards.

I think there's a reason people train more often, as I am so sleepy after training today. Must survive until the summer and summer vacation.

I thought this was the normal Saturday morning spinning class, but it was distance 45. It was amazing. I was so sore on the run down, but I got really into the class. The teacher was inspiring and I got my HR above 170 for awhile. It was so much fun to work hard and enjoy spinning.

Headed out into the 3C weather, plus wind, rain and then snow. Was warm enough most of the time and only at the end when it turned to snow did my face get a bit cold. However, having the large snowflakes whipping around me as I was running was beautiful and inspiring. Sore from yesterday!

It's Friday! I am looking forward to a weekend of just me. I should clean the house, make oringen courses, do my swedish studying, grade tests..... or just sleeeeep.

Today I messed up badly and thought I would be able to meet Lisa to run, but I was off by an hour. I think the stress is eating away at my brain. So went to the gym instead and joined a gympa class. Wasn't the hardest class, but went super low on the squats, lunges and jumps, and I'm quite sore the next day!

Ross and Sofie flew to California this morning! Ross described her as an angel on the flights, so I think that went well! Now she gets to hang out with Ross's family, as his sister is getting married.

I'm stuck at work though. I did join a friend at step class after work, and it could have been a harder workout if I knew what I was doing. I could not get some of the moves down, and it required intense concentration just to figure out what move was coming next.
