Joined my coworker for step class this evening. Still trying to "rest" by not training as this cold is killing me, though I'm not sure it's helping. Step class isn't so hard though, so it's good to at least feel like I'm doing something. Sofie slept from 7pm to 8am two nights ago, and then last night was awake for about 2 hours. I don't understand it, but it makes me so tired. I think the lack of sleep more than the exercise is what is making it hard to get healthy again.
