Tuesday night date night with Lisa in the forest. Ross forgot that I was supposed to go, and Lisa was feeding Sigrid so we go to KG about 25 minutes after everyone else had left. We did the intervals together, really working on our technique and concentration by chatting the entire time. We are going to be so good at focusing in the forest!
