I'm excited to share that Ross and I are expecting a second baby in December! A Christmas baby is likely, so we will have to learn how to balance birthday and Christmas presents in the future.

It's been a rough beginning of pregnancy for me - super, super tired in the beginning and really nauseated. I usually worked after Sofie went to bed, but I starting having to fall asleep at the same time as her, which led to more stress and tiredness because I felt behind at work. If I exercised at all I had to make sure I could also fit in a nap in the day, or I would feel really sick. That slowly got better, but I'm still more tired than I remember being with Sofie and more prone to feeling sick if I exercise too much, don't eat regularly or don't drink enough water. Running at the France O-week actually felt great, though I often napped and went to bed early. O-Ringen was harder, as the stomach and back muscles have started hurting when I run, and I was really lightheaded one of the days. I might be switching to spinning a lot earlier this time around.

But the baby appears to be healthy, so I can't complain too much!
