Ran over to the Norby forest. I almost always run on Gula Stigen when I run from the house, but it only takes about 9 minutes to get to the trails in Norby. I thought about running the lit track but I was just so tired today. Ran around a bit and then headed home. Lots of other people out walking and running.

Ross took the girls to the playground and I cleaned the house a bit and then went for a run. It started raining harder when I left the house and the rain was unpleasantly dripping down my face, but it slacked off a bit as I went on.

Run with Kate and Lisa for Lisa's birthday. I also dropped off a coffee grinder for Lisa. She loves pumpkin spice coffee and her favorite is Shelborne Falls coffee. It's near where my grandmother and aunt live, so we often get coffee from there. It is delicious. I had a 5lb pound bag mailed to my mom and she mailed it here. But it's whole bean!

Ran with Ella. I wanted to see how muddy gula stigan was, but after I went through the horse field it was fine. I wore different shoes today (good thing I keep all my old pairs of shoes) and although the insoles are a bit small there was no heel rubbing! Ella slept the whole time, but I came home to grab something and go for a walk, and she woke up. She was happy hanging out in the stroller though.
