road&trail run 53:20 [2] 8.32 km (6:24 / km) +66m 6:10 / km

Ran by myself today so actually headed into NĂ¥sten. It was just beautiful! A bit of sun and no people on the small loop that I ran. It goes around a swamp, and is unused enough that it's narrow and a joy to run. I tried to get Ross to go run it when I got home but he was busy cleaning the backyard. Sofie was so very excited to show me that the bag of leaves was taller than her! She loved scooping them up into the bag. We've cleaned up most of the leaves, but the back and side part along the fence is a bit of a jungle. I cut down some more cherry trees that are trying to grow, and I can't wait until the spring when I can really prune the existing cherry trees.

road biking (with trailer) 42:20 [2] 10.0 km (4:14 / km) +39m 4:09 / km

It was such a beautiful sunny day today that I decided to take the girls to the playground in town and then get fika outside. Biked there and back pulling them in the trailer. Really fun at the playground and we became very popular when I brought out the bubbles. Great way to meet other kids and parents!
Then fika outside in the sun before biking home. Both girls, as expected, fell asleep on the way home buy work shortly after arriving.

road&trail run 1:02:28 [2] 10.54 km (5:56 / km) +101m 5:39 / km

I've getting shock treatment on my plantars fasciitis, and the machine is at a health clinic in town. I ran to Ross's work with Ella, dropped her off and then ran the rest of the way to town. It's supposed to be a fairly painful treatment, but it just felt like a nice deep massage. Maybe the foot is better aftwards? I was worried that each appointment would be 200kr ($23), as that's how much the first one was. However, this was only 30kr, which is much nicer since I'm not even sure the treatment will work.
Then back to Ross's work to get Ella and run home. She loves riding along in the stroller!
