Orienteering 57:43 [2] 4.69 km (12:19 / km) +19m 12:04 / km

Simon and I drove out to Ă–stuna to film for O-Ringen TV (coming out next Monday). I really didn't want to do this because it was going to be very cold and it's always embarrassing to see yourself on film. However, it was really fun and the woods were beautiful. It was -9C but the sun was shining the entire time. I ran 3 legs from what would have been part of D35 short while Simon ran behind me filming. I did get lost on the last leg, but I also managed to relocate, so I guess I redeemed myself? Eh, mistakes make for good TV!
We both were talking about how we don't feel like we are in great shape, but we did spend an hour running in terrain in the snow. It's all a matter of perspective.

road run 53:14 [2] 9.39 km (5:40 / km) +45m 5:32 / km

Brrrr! -12C this morning but the sun was out. I met up with Kate and we ran a loop together. I wore a double layer of tights which was smart, but didn't have a buff around my neck. In the beginning my chin and cheeks were too cold and I ran for a bit with my shirt pulled up over my chin.
My hamstrings felt really tight, so I didn't try to keep running to get to an hour.

lifting/strength 19:32 [2]

Proud that I did some strength when both kids were home with me. The both tried to join in at the beginning. Watching Ella try to figure it out is adorable :) Sofie is actually competent at copying the video :)

road run (stroller) 1:09:43 [2] 11.49 km (6:04 / km) +73m 5:53 / km

Took Ella out for a stroller run. It was a beautiful day and I really wanted to get out. She doesn't sleep as long in the stroller but I decided I would just have a sleepy baby later on in the day. It was wonderful!

There are now a few Linné moms who live in my neighborhood and they have started running together on Tuesday nights. Tisdagsbana was cancelled for awhile (covid related), and so they started their own run.
