Ran to the agility playground at the Sunnersta hill. Both kids were in the stroller and both stayed awake on the way there. Then we played, walked up to the cafe and got cookies to eat outside and then walked up the new boardwalk. Ella loved walking around and the boardwalk was a great place for her to walk because the surface was flat.
Got a bit cold at the end and was happy to run home. Both kids fell asleep on the way home. So nice that the weather is better and we can spend 3 hours outside without freezing!

Went on a lovely run on my own on the trails this morning. The snow is starting to melt but it's not icy yet, so it was great for running. It's always so quiet out on weekend mornings, and I only saw a few mountain bikers at the beginning of the run. As Sofie likes to say now "It's so quiet and peaceful." a good description of the run.
I ran on some of my favorite trails and had a great time.

I have not run with the double stroller in a very long time! I did some runs with it when Ella was pretty small, but then I injured my Achilles/calf and I haven’t done it since last spring probably.
On the way to the playground Sofie played, but Ella fell asleep even though it wasn’t nap time. After staying at the playground for over 2 hours we ran home again. Ella was mildly unhappy the whole way and I was worried Sofie was going to fall asleep.
12 minutes each way was the perfect amount :)

We found out yesterday around noon that one of Sofie's 3 teachers went home sick last Friday, hasn't been back to work since then, but tested positive for Covid. I'm extra glad that we were away skiing last week! However, we kept Sofie home today, and we will keep her home most of next week as well. It's getting harder to watch both kids on my own for a long time as Ella is no longer happy to just sit on the sidelines. She wants to do things too! So next week we'll see how much I manage to exercise.

Today I decided I would work out and Sofie was excited about doing cosmic kids yoga. We both changed into our workout clothes :) It was pretty fun doing a workout alongside Sofie :) I did abs and cario workout from Moms into Fitness. Ella was pretty content playing around us and watching us do funny things.

Joined for Tisdagsbana in the first time in almost 2 years. I did absolutely no navigating, as I was just trying to keep up for most of it. Hard work, though I never hit the wall, just felt tired in my body by the end. I was glad that Ross was a bit late coming home, forcing me to bike to and from the clubhouse. Running there and home might have put me over the edge.
