Strength and conditioning (Free Weights Gym) 50:00 [2]

The intensity is low but the quality is high. Lots of squats and lunges etc

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

A bit of a warm up run before the gym

Running (Recovery run) 50:00 [3]

Recovery run with the Haries (Running club)
loved it. Got a bit of a stretch on muy legs at the end. Finished with 3/4 pace for the last 500m.
