| Hill intervals with Hollie. We had a warm up run to the back of the seat and then 4 x 3 minute hill reps up the hill to the craggs. Its been a long tme since i have pushed my heart rate that far and it felt good. I managed to go at least 5 metres further up the hill with every rep. Finished with a warm down run back to pollock. |

| Long slow run with Hollie. Didnt turn out as long as we wold have liked but 70% heart rate pace is incredably slow! From now on its 15-20km! |
