Hill intervals with Hollie. We had a warm up run to the back of the seat and then 4 x 3 minute hill reps up the hill to the craggs. Its been a long tme since i have pushed my heart rate that far and it felt good. I managed to go at least 5 metres further up the hill with every rep. Finished with a warm down run back to pollock.
