Running intervals (Long hills) 40:00 [5]
shoes: Aasics - Gel 1120

Hill intervals with Hollie. We had a warm up run to the back of the seat and then 4 x 3 minute hill reps up the hill to the craggs. Its been a long tme since i have pushed my heart rate that far and it felt good. I managed to go at least 5 metres further up the hill with every rep. Finished with a warm down run back to pollock.

Im not off the antibiotics for the lymes disease until the 8th of december. Thats when i can really train!

Usual runners circuits in the gym. Very specific to running. mainly leg core and shoulder work.

Long slow run with Hollie. Didnt turn out as long as we wold have liked but 70% heart rate pace is incredably slow! From now on its 15-20km!
