3 finger gap in abdominals to work on. Some reassurance that I have been doing exercises correctly, but range of movement during these should be a bit less for now. Some additional exercises added in:

5 x knee rolls
5 x leg slides
5 x alternate knee bends
5 x single leg fall out
5 x start of bridge
5 x side slides
