Nice pretty run with Loz, Ingrid, Rach and Charli! same as the hathersage gala fell race as far as i could remember it then a bit of improvisation...

Running race 1:41:11 [4] 13.1 mi (7:43 / mi)

Sussex beacon half marathon - decided to scrap my plan to beat my cousins time of 1:36 and just get round without any death given the lack of energy ive been experiencing lately! If i felt like i was pushing it hard i slowed down a bit so wasnt the fastest i could run...
Got a PB for the first 10km in about 46minutes (wonder if this is because this is the first flat 10km ive ever timed hmmm) and was happy with 1:41....just had a look at the results and i appear to be first under 21....dam my not lisnin to the prize giving coz i had only just finished when they did it!

circuits 40:00 [3]

After the longest dragged out labs in the world i made it to goodwin just in time wooo then remembered that my body doesnt do energy! 45/15s, did discover it is vaguely happy with things which involve lying down, nething arm strengthening was not happening tho! ah well im beginning to see a pattern in energy lackingness.....think rest before brighton half on sunday is gonna be the plan! hope 13miles will be possible....might rethink a time i would be happy with tho....

orienteering race 1:32:57 [4] *** 10.3 km (9:01 / km) +130m 8:29 / km
spiked:22/27c

Ran W21L at robin hood trophy in Sherwood.
First 3 controls were a bit hit and miss due to the 1:5000 map i used for street o confusing my mind a bit for 1:15000 but werent any real trouble! got most of it spiked after that. Felt awesomely drained of energy again so decided just to jog it and see wot happened. Had a small faff at 15 (took me 9:23 which was a bit slow!) as it was a much smaller tripodlike thing than i expected then an amazing faff looking for 16 in some brambly forrest that i ran into by accident! (15:44 for that leg oops..) I shud not get distracted by the fact Kitty caught me up....that could quite easily have been the cause of the faff!
For the first time ever my navigation was quicker than my running!!

Running 15:00 [3]

ran up to goodwin then down to city hall to start street-O!

orienteering 1:12:00 [5] 8.4 km (8:34 / km)

ShUOC street-O! awesome fun! baffled a few people...well probably more than a few!
Everything was found with no problems except a slight overrun off the map by me and JT going to the 1st control....

4 loops:
loop 1: 2.9km in 24mins
loop 2: 1.75km in 12mins
loop 3: 2km in 13mins
loop 4: 1.75km in 13mins

orienteering 58:37 [4] 5.5 km (10:39 / km)

went out to Blacka moor with dave for some sheffield training camp fun! was glad to see that in daylight i can still navigate well yey! no errors really but felt absolutely drained still. after 7 controls i decided to cut it short and headed back via the last few controls. Thats when i remembered why i recognised Blacka, its run on in a totley race (in fact the one me and liz started 500m behind every1 else in.....teach us to get lost en route to the race....)

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

run from fox house to blacka moor and back

'skanking' (hopping on one foot) 1:00:00 [4]

Lost my shoe 10minutes into Dropkick murpheys set, this lead to fending off really large people while balancing on one foot so they didnt stand on my shoeless foot! (Most difficult at a dropkicks gig, wildest pit ever last time i saw them!)
it kind of worked.....i only came out with a bruised face/arm/ blue foot!! still think manchester wins in the craziest pit stakes tho as i didnt miss getting on stage bcoz i was busy passing out this time....

Walking (Wild weather walking) 1:05:00 [3] 4.5 mi (14:27 / mi) +61m 13:52 / mi

The national rail website lied! there was no replacement bus service driver to bribe to stop on the A6!! this meant a walk home from chinley over the hill by torchlight in torrential rain! yey!!
I dont think ive ever been that saturated before! i now need a new umbrella as the top of dolly lane didnt agree with my current one! Ah wel i think the weather prompted a new record time for that walk! admittedly this time it was only 11:30pm when i set off (not 3am) and i hadnt been drinking skittles drinks....deffinately didnt follow jones' 'Short cut' over cracken edge! there may have been quite a lot of death if i had!

Climbing 1:30:00 [3]

Went to the matrix, my arms are a bit weaker than they used to be! did a couple of successful climbs then tried some fun pink stuff that is going to be done one day along with the massive reach 'impossible' green!!!

orienteering 40:00 [3] 3.1 km (12:54 / km) +75m 11:31 / km

Night o at newmillerdam, i didnt go too crazily wrong woop! (well only once a little bit....)
just ran really slowly as thats about all my legs would do!

Running 53:47 [3] 4.1 mi (13:07 / mi) +312m 10:37 / mi

very very nackered! my legs didnt appreciate the climb at the start and then fell out with me a bit so cut the plan to run to the downfall short! there was snow! yey but more of a 'wind in ur face hail' than snow really!
sounded like the downfall plan was a little chilly in the end!
retreated to the nags head for food! yum!
