21 wks - Jennis trimester 2 yoga. Had a very good day yesterday, not quite as good today but yoga good for stretching out shoulders and back.

Two less good days payed off with two walks in a day! From the swan with lizzie and Emma, refuel of lunch, then to serpentine woods with Emily. My SI joint definitely not up to more than 30min bursts, so clearly cafe stops in walks are required ;-)

Having a good day for the first time in weeks so feeling optimistic and Janet suggested swimming. Very very gently, but it was swimming. Tired now.

Change from ondensatron to metoclopramide, seems to have stopped the vomming, but wow the drowsy side effects are massive. Probably good for the amount of sleep I've not been getting.

18wks - Good run of it Sat PM all the way to Thurs PM, some actual sleep and only a couple of evenings more extreme than normal morning sickness. Less good yesterday but clung on to a social evening, today definitely in need of a day of not moving. Hopefully over the next few weeks I'll continue towards sort of normality.

My lack of movement and general muscle wasting activity over the last 2 months has taken its toll on my hips, already niggling when walking and no extra weight yet. Window of low nausea so finally tried out the Jennis app.
