Endcliffe Park Run, very even paced, not sure if its effort 3 or 4, but will go for 4 as I could feel the pub from the night before. Good to be able to still pull off an ok time :-)

SPOOK relays. We finished! First loop, had forgotten how to orienteer, second loop ran about 8mins faster.... then went out with Zanthe to finish off her final loop.

KMF 10km, first time in a while I’ve run at any sort of pace, not too shabby but not got a top speed....3rd fastest pace I’ve run round the scar, the first fastest still not in a race but just pre itera training run.
