6minute intervals - not sure if i picked the right distances this week, its different when i'm not nackered to start with!
1= 800m - found this too little but really ran it fast for a first one, liked the fact mountain biking obviously hadnt wrecked my legs as much as i thought it had
2 = 900m - found this fine, didn't want to push it too far with 2 to go
3= 900m - this was also fine, could have kept running but couldn't make my legs move any faster
4 = 1000m - i think i should have really done 4 X 1000 but it was worth trying to make my legs move faster on shorter distances i think.
