| 4X3X400m on the track, did the first set hard but soon discovered my legs were not happy with the amount of running/spinning i have been making them do. Next couple of sets were at a far slower pace and picked it up again a bit for the last one!
think (well actually i know and am choosing to ignore the fact) i am developing a cold, grrrrr! |

Pushed it quite hard, well as hard as my legs would let me pedal! Satisfying at the end! |
