circuits 40:00 [3]
After the longest dragged out labs in the world i made it to goodwin just in time wooo then remembered that my body doesnt do energy! 45/15s, did discover it is vaguely happy with things which involve lying down, nething arm strengthening was not happening tho! ah well im beginning to see a pattern in energy lackingness.....think rest before brighton half on sunday is gonna be the plan! hope 13miles will be possible....might rethink a time i would be happy with tho....

Sunday Feb 10

orienteering race 1:32:57 [4] *** 10.3 km (9:01 / km) +130m 8:29 / km
spiked:22/27c
Ran W21L at robin hood trophy in Sherwood.
First 3 controls were a bit hit and miss due to the 1:5000 map i used for street o confusing my mind a bit for 1:15000 but werent any real trouble! got most of it spiked after that. Felt awesomely drained of energy again so decided just to jog it and see wot happened. Had a small faff at 15 (took me 9:23 which was a bit slow!) as it was a much smaller tripodlike thing than i expected then an amazing faff looking for 16 in some brambly forrest that i ran into by accident! (15:44 for that leg oops..) I shud not get distracted by the fact Kitty caught me up....that could quite easily have been the cause of the faff!
For the first time ever my navigation was quicker than my running!!
