Intervals - hare and hounds,
really tried to run hard and it almost worked! felt pretty good compared to anything else i've done recently woop :-)
time above is just running time, there were 10 reps with 15secs recovery between each!
1st track in a while!
Legs still felt heavy from things but am also very slow...did 3 800m in 3:06, 3:12 and 3:13 and a 600m in 2:27...
think i need a bit more speed work!!!
