Was told we were only going for a gentle run along canal...this turned out to mean Run from ulverston up Hoad hill and back - throat is gay - can't run up hill
pretty mistyness on top :-)

Skiing 1:30:00 [2]

Went to Chill factor to teach Jon to Ski (and to try out my new shiny skis :-D)
After being kicked off the nursary slope and a few near collisions with a small child resulting in Jon looking like a snowman he learnt to turn!!
My skis are very very kewl!

Morning run with Zanthe, lungs started coughing up nice stuff half way round but was very glad i got out! went through walkley up to bolehill, did a variation of laps around it and then back down school road

2 rest days in a row, due to lack of time and having to learn lots (which is of course a reason to be on attackpoint...)
Also feeling a bit nackered so giving it another day!

Run down to the IC with Zanthe then up past goodwin to drop zanthe at circuits then ran up manchester road to tapton house road and over to lydgate lane.Slowed down loads and felt absolutely pants by here and fairly nackered so cut run short by coming down school road.
