Kinder trial - well bits of it, was nav aid for dan for the 1st half ish, blisters from yesterday hurt a fair bit and legs were dead but was a good run.
Very rough underfoot, beating last wkend in true howie style!

Felt tough on the 2/2.5min reps and i forgot how muddy it was!! felt really good to have done it though :-D

Post exam run with laura and ingrid - was exactly what i needed, loosened the legs off at a comfortable pace - havent been out through the parks for ages! ran from home to endcliffe park then up to forge dam and back via riverdale road for a bit of hill and down fullwood road

Track - decided after deciding not to do track coz i had too much to learn that my brain didnt want to learn it wanted to do track...so went anyway.
Not getting very good at track yet - trying not to kill brain entirely hoping for more revision but only managed:

I am so much slower than last year! oh well guess it takes practice!
