cycling (TT) 28:42 [4] 8.8 mi (18.4 mph) +70m
ahr:168 max:173

Decided to head out on wils bike to see how fast I can cycle....legs were a bit tired for it...especially as was using cleat peddles with flat trainers...
Time includes nearly hitting a car, then actually hitting it! Idiot! Who pulls out without looking for bikes and then continues to signal rights but actually cuts across you left, causing you to hit the car! Have never been so close to being under a car, may have shouted at the driver....

Running 36:00 [4] 4.72 mi (7:38 / mi) +66m 7:19 / mi

Run to try and find the running club that were doing hills, missed them coz i ran a mile too far past the road and back...
so followed some1 who looked like they might be going to hills..they werent but i did come across a good hill...time is guess coz forgot watch but worked it out from the time i left/got back and hills ish time

Running 10:00 [5] 1.56 km (6:25 / km)

130m long hill with 16m climb in it (seemed more than that....)
did 6 hill reps - short recovery jog back down...probably 25second efforts? complete guess really...

Note

I am now too full!!
I bought a side order and a starter thinking I'd be able to manage pudding that way.....no, could bearly finish those - error - should have just bought pudding :-P
