orienteering race 1:01:14 [4] 5.2 km (11:47 / km)

SYO summer fun! Somebody teach me to O again!! Oh dear, well set off like I'd never seen a map before...after 4 controls and about 20mins of mistakes(I ran off the map...in street o...) I connected my head! think I might have been trying to mtbo on foot i.e thinking of travelling at the speed of a bike and taking big path routes hehe
After that all the nav went smoothly, 1 out of 3 things to sort before Israel was fixed...my knee seems fine after its major twisting yes!... off to the physio about the ankle as it has never been so bad (thankfully it is ok on the bike) and I need to work out when I'm likely to need ventolin -
made it to number 9/23 before I had real problems and had to walk run for a bit so as not to fall over. Think heat sport and pollen are the worst combination for me ever! (good job Israel is nice and cool...)
so not my best O ever....but never mind

Day of spraying fake blood everywhere - my white lab coat is no longer too white...Im nackered! knee is a bit too painful to run on, its distracted me from the ankle though - any1 know how to fix knees quick?
