cycling 47:18 [3] 16.0 km (20.3 kph)
shoes: Ridley Pave

Ride - planned to go out round ringinglow but chest rebelled at top of climb before reaching ringinglow road so just came back - gah I'm annoyed with inability to push it at all without chest caving in boo

Climbing 40:00 [3]

Went to matrix - arms are not at all climbing worthy! managed about 40 mins before I thought they might drop off or drop me off a wall!

Running 1:05:00 [2] 5.77 mi (11:16 / mi) +214m 10:06 / mi

Rachel's last run before Borneo, followed by little john! From LJ along river towards Shatton then up to offerton moor and back

Mountain Biking 3:00:00 [3] 30.0 km (10.0 kph)
shoes: Scott Aspect 45

Today was a rest and revision day...then I got oh so easily persuaded to go on a ride round derwent with bedders! much more fun than brain anatomy! There were some really tricky bits to ride which made it very interesting and some really large flies in massive clouds that sounded like rain on the helmet!
Legs dead now so rest day tomorrow

cycling 1:40:00 [2] 20.33 mi (12.2 mph) +378m
shoes: Ridley Pave

Ride with zanthe out up sandygate, over ringinglow then back via foxhouse and through fulwood - climbing muscles felt it a little...can't imagine why!

Running race 34:10 [3] 4.25 mi (8:02 / mi) +160m 7:12 / mi

Silliest idea ever! 1st trunce of the year - felt aweful, legs of lead, lungs hurt, however PB got! felt like I jogged it but I must have been running a bit...or just been really slow last year!
Would like to run one fresh and see if I can get sub 30mins

Note

English air is pants! I've had a wk without any sign of a tight chest and no need for ventolin - less than 24hrs in the UK and I woke up this morning with a horribly tight chest - taken ventolin 3 times today to make breathing anything like normal - I'm moving to Israel!
