Run with Wil via Riverdale Road to pick up biking shoes, through endcliffe park and back - felt good to start then got a stitch and then legs went to pot by broomhill on the way back

Ran down to Goodwin, up to lydgate lane, did 2 of the 4 hill reps with ShUOC but only put in half effort (slightly more than just running) then back down school road.
Only went out because I wanted to try out the new trainers - they are springy, my legs are still lacking a lot of spring!

Accelerate ride from ringinglow - over houndkirk, longshaw, barbrook res, a bit further somewhere coming out at r'bout above totley - back over totley moor and houndkirk.
Was nice to get out - although by the time I got back to the car it was 1degrees! Glad I was wearing so many layers!!
