From coniston up to Low water - feeling good on the long climbs at the moment so although I thought I'd lost quite a lot of fitness I think I've just lost speed - strength uphill is pretty ok still.

From coniston up Wetherlam in the fresh snow. Clag was down and bit blizzardy on top! Took 61 to get to the top - about the same as the coniston recce we did in April which was good as was tougher going this time! Descent was crazy - couldn't tell what was ice and what wasn't - hence the slow descent time too!

Turns out we missed the top in the clag/snow...320m and 95m climb short....oops

Sheff Uni Cycling Club trip to the velodrome. Bit scary to start with but sooooo much fun! Who knows how many laps I did......Helen has successfully converted me, this is a form of track that I really like!

Run with Zanthe down to Endcliffe park - to hangingwater - fulwood and back. Nice and gentle - lungs almost behaved - still got a tight chest but good to get out for a run :-)
Needed after a loooooooooooooong day!

We were trying to work out when the last time we'd been for a run together was....and decided it was probably before we lived on hands road.....(well at least since August....)
