S&C (Team Beach Body) 15:00 [3]

Team Beach Body - courtesy of JC - I did the warm up then gave up as felt a bit sick after eating a sandwich so close to starting it!
6 PM

Running 1:16:59 [2] 6.7 mi (11:29 / mi) +208m 10:29 / mi
ahr:151 max:177

Run from Debbie and Stu's with them and Al and Shelf. Felt good to do a gentle run on the flat, felt yesterday a little when we climbed up to Bell Hagg but pretty good in all. Time to give the ankle a rest from the orthotics tomorrow I think...

Running 3:44:47 [2] 16.64 mi (13:31 / mi) +781m 11:47 / mi
ahr:159 max:177

Run with Team Accelerate and RFR - Recce'd 2nd half of Edale Skyline then went to find the Jan Roving Box.
Really really really windy conditions and also really wet on the way to the box and back!
Legs felt surprisingly good while running, achey now!

Running 1:49:46 [2] 9.46 mi (11:36 / mi) +225m 10:48 / mi

Warts run - they were setting off as we arrived - caught them up after a pacey 7mins! Lots and lots of terrain running, got well confused about where we went....but apparently it was here:

Was good to be out on the fells in the dark again :-) legs tired by the end - not surprising!

Running 1:07:50 [2] 6.41 mi (10:35 / mi) +305m 9:13 / mi

Operation run HFW as much off road as possible - not entirely worth it....probably better to just head straight for rivelin....
