Lovely run with Lotte from Stanage Pole along to high neb, down to the road and back via the plantation. We then played baby relays and Wil and Spence ran down to the sportsman while me and Lotte walked back to the car and met them there! Wil become a more regular relay trainnig session hopefully :-)

BUCS Hill Climb. So much more painful than yesterday. Probably set off a bit fast in all the excitement....Next year I am going to do it on a bike that fits me and after having done some speed training! 2nd Shef Uni Girl (Alice did 8:45ish) Winning Girl did 7:18!!! Ouch

DPFR run - was going to go steadily but as the next few months are going to be full of rubbish training (start eating gluten again tomorrow) I made the most of feeling good! Over to Ringinglow the way I'd go on a bike, then down long line and Eccy Road, back over to hangingwater and then up Tom Lane and back to the sportsman! Feeling good atm! The hill climb on Sunday is going to hurt though...

Note

Bit of a sore throat going on, but not much else :-) Maybe when I don't head for Scotland at the weekend my body will finally believe I'm not doing the OMM and I can relax, avoiding the October freshers lurgy!
Going to do a bit of swimming and a practice at the BUCS hill climb before Sunday when it's time to race a road bike! :-)
