Running 1:23:43 [2] 8.32 mi (10:04 / mi) +296m 9:04 / mi
DPFR run - stomach is wrecked, ran very slowly, in fact found it hard to keep up and not have stabbing stomach pains for the first bit while we were all together with the faster lot who were going to do the longer run. Found out I can run up Heros without putting in effort though! Up in 9:37, so much easier and springier than I found it in a similar time this time last year so no lack of fitness. :-)
Going to have to get used to slow for a bit....
