Went to track with the aim of running slowly with good form. Succeeded in this :-)
400m 1min recovery x6....did 5 in a row, missed one, then did a 6th:

Hip fine, hip flexors fine, shin fine, hand fine...
But Quad now unhappy....I am a walking disaster zone.
