Apparently calf also sore when riding up hills...

Really wet run!

Track. 4x1000m then 1x800m (spur of the moment decision) off 6mins.

Much better pace on the 1000m, the last 800 was good for 400m (87) then just a bit much....Previous fastest 1000m of 2012 is 3:50 and that was a one off, so pleased with the improvement :-)

Note

It was getting a bit ridiculous to read anything on my AP graphs so I have just removed any weeks over 20hrs - I have now done whole days or ARs in 24seconds...

Planned to run before circuits but calves very tight. Also had flu jab after coercion by work mates, not sure it was the right decision...
