Claires BG training with Claire and Nick. Snowy windy misty weather. 5x ascent of kinder inc 4 of the kinder dozen, then across to back tor and along the ridge back. Just right for today, muscles so sore after circuits (I need to stop being competitive with myself) so good steady pace but tough terrain. Legs feeling better after than before!

At the works with Wil, arms legs and core a bit wrecked from yesterday - still couldn't reach the last black hold, might have to admit defeat for now. Got up pink dotty ones though :-)

circuits 1:00:00 [3]

Fairplay runners circuits. Built up difficulty through three sets. Then a progressive circuit with explosive push up thing, side lunge, high knees, dynamic lunges and plank. 30s on 30s rest progressing from 1exercise on, rest, 2ex on rest, 3ex on, rest etc. That definitely hurt by 5x30s...

Tues run with Geoff and Lee from Taddington. Not entirely sure where we went but lots of steep climb - legs a bit tired to run them all!
