Note

Sabs BG supporting - was meant to do leg 5 but weather (howling gales) meant she called it a day at the foot of gable after almost being blown off kirk fell....she was still just about on time at that point - good effort!

DPFR run from top of Howden. Very off road up to Margery Hill - perfect for testing the ankle which loves the soft terrain and is ok on anything but have to be a bit slow and steady through reeds when you can't see where your feet are going. Definitely getting there....Tib post sore after but seems ok this morning

Blast over to the bike tree and back. Numpty in Broomhill didn't like bikes and over took 2 of us on the right before turning left almost into us.....not a fan of rush hour...

Run to pick up some rice for tea - keeping the ankle ticking over. Generally getting better each run
