Run in the rain with Claire. Was struggling with tight chest yesterday evening so nice and steady. Can't actually do any more than that at the moment.
Along SVT up lantern pike and back over past the radio mast. Good catch up.

Quick leg spin up to the sportsman via ringinglow, would have had another day off but my brain needed it and I was still working when Wil left for DPFR. Legs felt ok, just generally tired which isn't a surprise. Especially given my week is pretty full on Mon, Tues, Wed with demonstrating and fitting in thesis writing. I discovered this is a slow route given you don't get any of the reward (ie downhill) for having climbed out of Sheffield....then again, you get the reward of the pub :-)

Note

Legs feeling pretty fine which is unusual - appear to have avoided any major DOMS.
Lungs going through what is becoming the normal routine, cough cough cough. On the plus side this meant I had enhanced capabilities to demonstrate spirometry to undergraduates, showing them what asthmatic looks like and what salbutamol does....
