Running race 2:02:28 [3] 11.23 mi (10:54 / mi) +520m 9:32 / mi

Open 5 Run - Lungs seemed ok once on the go, so pushed the pace a bit, especially on the flat ground. R ITB or Calf sore after 90mins but held together enough to tow Rosemary back up the hill to the finish.

Mountain Biking race 3:07:00 [3] 27.83 mi (8.9 mph) +780m
shoes: Massi Carbon Pro

Open 5 Bike. After shoveling food into me for the first half hour to make up for the last half hour of the run I felt the best I've ever felt on an O5 bike. Good route choice by Rosemary and we flew round, especially the road at the end which resembled a 2-up TT into the wind. First female pair (and mixed pair and 2nd Male pair!) with 484, not a high points day but enough for a good result and the distance the same as normal!

Finally - legs the limit to my running not lungs - this made me very happy :-)
