Run over Souther Fell and Blencathra with Dickie (and Ricky and Simon to start). Another stunning morning, could even see the top of Skiddaw :-) Lungs feeling a bit raw, might be about to stop getting away with not having any montelukast... time to sort a doctor out!

Run with Zanthe and RFR. Up Blencathra then over the back and down to the track to Skiddaw House and back to the Blencathra Centre.
Lovely day, shame none of us took a camera. Great views and a sprinkling of snow on the tops.

Pennine Thurs run, shooting cabin, sandy hays (2mins slower than my PB/QOM) Mill Hill, shooting cabin (via not a trod through some massive heather) and back to Hayfield. Nice to get out with everyone again :-)

Started off steady as was told we were going to do 'lots', realised I really don't like getting out of breath any more and was cruising a bit so went a bit faster. Lungs ok, just don't like breathing hard. Made for a fairly even session though.

Recce of the ride to Uni. Effort 3 due to mega headwind for the entire 25miles there....and the rain forecast for later arrived en route. If it is windy it's just not worth it, took 1:55 to get there and about 1:35 to get back.
Will be a good route though, possibly once/twice a week.
Nearly hit the deck on the way back out of Lancaster as a flatbed truck hadn't secured it's load and got hit by some of it as it flew off the back. Good bike handling skills to stay upright/not collide with a car.
