FRA relays with Naomi. Feeling good and legs turning over well for the first time since Itera I think. Moved the team up to somewhere between 4-6th I think, touching distance of a podium but some stiff competition on the last leg. Overtook DPFR on the last hill and tried to give Zoe as much of a head start on Helen as we could.
