Fell Foot Park run. Pretty identical in pace to Ewan so was his pace maker for the first half, then he was my wind sheild for the second. Hot chocolate in the swan after :-)

Run from Ingleton with Helen and Cat. Ingleborough was rather blowy and covered in mist, then along the valley and back along opposite side of the valley. Then off to the cafe in Kirby Lonsdale to refuel.
